**Who should attend** This training is designed for Responsible Persons, compliance officers, and supply chain, warehouse and logistics staff at pharmaceutical wholesale companies in Hong Kong — particularly those holding or applying for a wholesale dealer's licence. **Regulatory requirement** The HKSAR Department of Health's GDP requirement came into effect in September 2026. All new licence applicants must be GDP-ready at the time of application. Existing licence holders are required to upgrade to GDP standard by September 2028. This course provides the knowledge and practical skills to meet both requirements. **What you will learn** By the end of this course, participants will be able to: 1. Fully understand the HKSAR GDP requirements — including the scope, principles and key obligations set out in the HKSAR GDP Guide published by the Department of Health 2. Build a GDP quality system — understand the structure and components of a GDP-compliant quality system for a pharmaceutical wholesale operation in Hong Kong 3. Write the quality system documentation — develop the SOPs, records and documentation required to demonstrate GDP compliance to the Department of Health 4.
